VSS Problem, Really confused and have no idea why it happens always

Hi all,

Could you please help if you have had this problem before. Im using TSM
Backup/Archive Client and Server. The Client version is 5.3.4.3 (newest
one) the Server version is 5.3.2.0

This must be something with Tivoli as the first error you list there I searched in both Technet and Google and every single one pointed back to Windows Update

Thanks alot Cris,

I installed hotfix also changed the option file that TSM and MS
recommended to fix the VSS prb. But it seems not affect at all.

One another thing is: if I run the backup during the working time, I
works well, no VSS prb. However, when it runs as auto back up, the VSS
error occurs (at 21:00).

Is that the time the normal Shadow copy runs??
Or is that the time your back up runs?
