Error message: 550.5.7.1

One business partner could net send the emails to us, the error message they
got is 550.5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused. Would you
please help me to fix this issue?

Hi Cris,

Many thanks for your reply. My email domain is mail.uniden.com.au. only one
company complains this issue. This company is Ernst & Young Australia,their
email domain is mail.au..ey.com. But they don't have this issue with other
companies.
