Also the APC PBE Alert Manager fails to autostart.. However I can manually
start these services . The APC Business Edition is v7. Not sure if it's
7.04, (Installed/Download in April/May 2k5).

Any Ideas..

BTW- It did start prior to SP1.

I did find a possible similar issue here- but it looks like a down web page
( via gggll)

my website != worthwhile :: activity log (blog): 07/01/2005 - 07 ...
Turns out that Service Pack 1 for Windows Server 2003 was available. ...
Start >>
Run >> services.msc Select APC PBE Agent, and in Properties, ...

Redownload the latest version, and reinstall it.
