OWA failing to load

I am using SBS 2003. When I login to the Outlook Web Access page I get an
HTTP 500 error saying that the website could not be displayed. I cannot
access https://127.0.0.1/exchweb/bin/auth/owaauth.dll

I think this was caused by making changes to IIS. Is there a way to reset
the OWA web pages on IIS to the default without re-installing?

I don't use IIS for anything other that OWA.

Thanks

That link also doesn't work. Even when I try the external URL I get the login
screen but then it fails to login after I enter the correct details. I get a
HTTP 500 error saying that the website could not be displayed.

First thing is to run the SBS BPA...www.sbsbpa.com and fix everything it finds.

Thanks for your help so far. I can now login to OWA.

I have one more problem. When I login to Basic mode I can see my emails but
when I login to Premium I only see "Loading..." where the messages should be.
Any ideas?

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for your post and Cris's input.

The "Loading" issue may be caused by many factors. In addition, you may also have a look at KB280823 which covers most of the scenarios.

Troubleshooting OWA when the contents frame displays "Loading"
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;280823

Users receive a "Loading" message when they use OWA to access their mailbox after you apply a hotfix or a service pack to Exchange Server 2003
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910119/en

Hope this helps.

Best regards,
Robbin Meng(MSFT)
